You will need to book an appointment via our online portal to discuss your query with one of our caseworkers. Our consultants and advisors provide advice as part of our consultation service for your inquiries, cases, and even for your goals as part of a comprehensive service to realise your global ambitions. 

We provide you with the information you need, to make informed decisions about how you proceed with your queries and issues. We assist you with the process as smoothly and stress-free as possible while leveraging our experience and expertise to maximize the chances of success. We would make you aware of all possible challenges and problems, but you will always be given the option to choose the best solution that suits you.

We will work with you to understand your issues and find solutions for your issues. Whether you are in the UK or outside, we can provide tailor-made advice and process your application quickly. Advice to your queries can be provided directly by phone or online with subject matter experts. We will take detailed instructions on your issues and advise you on all the options you need to take and the next steps involved. 

As per our company policy we will only be able to dissuss one peron's issue at the consultation. This is because every person's problem is dfferent and the services should not be booked to discuss multiple people's issues. The advice provided will be taylore made advie specifically for one person only.

TYPES OF APPOINTMENTS

New Client - Telephone Appointment

TELEPHONE

A telephone appointment can be booked to discuss only one specific query. This includes a 10-minute assessment prior to case discussion. This appointment should not be used with another party to discuss their matters as well. You can either book a 30  minute  or 60 minute appointment. Remember to leave your Full Name, Phone number including your country code and your email address. 

Cancellation of the appointment must be made at least 24hrs prior to the appointment to receive a partial refund after the cancellation fee of £45 for a 30 minute and £65 for a 60 minute being taken out. If the cancellation request was made in less than 24 hr period then you would not receive a refund at all. If you have mistakenly booked this appointment and look to cancel the appointment the same cancellation policies would apply. 

NOTE: Please keep your phone available at the time of your appointment (if it's a WhatsApp call). The Case handler will only make 3 attempts to reach you, should you not respond within the first 3 attempts the appointment will be treated as cancelled and the cancellation policy will apply. 

If it's a ZOOM meeting please join and stay available at the time of the meeting. The Casworker will only wait for 5 minutes for you to join the meeting, should you not join within the first 5 Minutes the appointment will be treated as cancelled and the cancellation policy will apply. 

Foundation

New Client - Face to Face Appointment

FACE TO FACE

A Face to Face appointment is to discuss only one specific query. This would be a 60 minute appointment and includes a 15 minute assessment prior to case discussion. Only you and your partner are allowed to this appointment, this appointment should not be used with another party to discuss their matters as well. Remember to leave your Full Name, Phone number including your country code and your email address when placing the booking. 

Cancellation of the appointment must be made at least 24hrs prior to the appointment to receive a partial refund after the cancelation fee of £125 is being taken out. If the cancellation request was made in less than 24 hr period then you would not receive a refund at all. If you have mistakenly booked this appointment and look to cancel the appointment the same cancellation policies would apply. 

NOTE: Please make sure you arrive on time as the meeting time will not be extended if you arrive late.

VIDEO CALL

This would be a 30 minute video call appointment to discuss only one specific query. This includes a 10 minute assessment prior to case discussion. This is a 30 minute telephone appointment to discuss your existing case ONLY. This appointment should not be used to discuss new matters. Remember to leave your Full Name, Case ID, Phone number including your country code and your email address. 

Cancellation of the appointment must be made at least 24hrs prior to the appointment to receive a partial refund after the cancelation fee of £15 is being taken out. If the cancellation request was made in less than 24 hr period then you would not receive a refund at all. If you have mistakenly booked this appointment and look to cancel the appointment the same cancellation policies would apply.

The case handler will call you directly to your phone number if you are in the UK or will try to reach you on WhatsApp if you are outside the UK. The Call handler will only make 3 attempts to reach you, should you not respond within the first 3 attempts the appointment will be treated as a cancelled appointment and the cancellation policy will apply.
